hey...i want to book a tckt for secundrabad...boarding stn HWH.. on OCT 8 but the status shown in the /train/qseats/451/1/835
does not show any berth status on 08/10/10 ... why?
will i have to book at tatkal?
if the tckt status shows WL... will i be able to book tckt in TATKAL?
