I have tatkal ticket from BPL to KPG in this train for today, but this this train is rescheduled at source and also diverted between ET and BSL and currently running 10hrs late and I dont see that train will cover late running time by any means when it reaches BPL.
Is there is any way to get refund for this ticket as Tatkal ticket cancellations has no refund policy.
