Cancellation charge of Rs. 60 on even waitlisted ticket is ridiculous. If we cant board train with WL ticket, why they are levying cancellation fee?
Can we book tatkal ticket through irctc connect app, at the same time as website/PRS counter ?

i) Can i check out at 16:30 as my train would depart at 17:00?
ii) Is printout of booking mandatory? Or screenshot/msg of booking would suffice?

Succesfully checked in without a voucher print out.
Person at reception havent even heard of a word called hospitality or customer service.
Bed lacks cleanliness.
Overall,not in a professional manner.
