does the railways authority has decided that sleeper class to be converted in 2nd general class ,i was boarded at kpd on 9/07/2012 in train no 15905 in SL,class and it was my life's horrible journey,so many un authorized passenger,was there in presence of TTE and RPF,how they were permited ,it was out of my knowledge
