Plz if you haven't seen WCAM-3 in real life than do not comment. It doesn't make sense to comment like this if you don't know the reality. WCAM-2/3 is best loco for Mumbai Regions. Regardless if WAP-4 or even WAP-8 visits Mumbai then too WCAM-3 will be the king of Mumbai. Come to Mumbai sit in any WCAM-3 hauled train. Study it's acceleration,speed,de-acceleration and than comment. Till then stay away from discussion

In past 10-15 years we have seen how "concrete" steps have taken to develop Mumbai Suburban System. Mumbai Suburban has been completely ignored by past RM's. That's why today its condition has gone worst.
Agar pehle ke RM's Mumbai par thoda sa bhi dyan dete toh Prabhuji ko Mumbai ke itne chakkar nahi marne padte.

I guess the reason for this is that for each and every time officers have to run to Delhi for any new decision or work. We all know how "fast' our bureaucracy works. With the ambitious plan to revive the age old Mumbai suburban network time plays an important factor.
Also Sir, Suresh Prabhu is a different man. Unlike previous RM's he not a person who will only work for vote bank. I can bet, he will not "ignore" other zones,what other members are accusing him. That's why Modi has selected him. He has never been accused of biasedness n his whole career.
