The train number 14526 (SGNR-UMB intercity express) has a super crappy schedule and tons of wasted time. There are two annoying stops between SGNR and ABS. So, it takes like forever, around 1.5 hours, to reach ABS. Then it just chills at BTI station for over an hour. The whole ride from there to Patiala is like 40 km/h which is painfully slow. If NWR wants to do better, they should start this train at 14:50 from SGNR instead of the current 13:35. I've been riding this route for over 20 years but the speed hasn't improved at all, and it's not just this train. Why do they spend our tax money on improvements if the trains keep getting slower every year? It's a drag for us travelers, man!

Train no. 14526 (SGNR-UMB intercity express) ka time table bahut hi pathetic hai aur slack bahut zyada hai. Pehle toh, SGNR aur ABS ke beech mein do cross hote hain. Iss wajah se train ko ABS tak pahunchne mein lagbhag 1.5 ghante lagte hain. Fir, BTI station par zyada se zyada ek ghante ke liye khadi rehti hai. Overall, is train ki average speed Patiala tak pahunchte hue 40 Km/h ke beech hoti hai. Agar NWR sach mein apni effectiveness improve karna chahta hai, toh unhe aaj ke din 13:35 baje ke jagah SGNR se yeh train 14:50 baje chalani chahiye. Main SGNR-UMB route par 20 saal se zyada se safar kar raha hoon lekin kisi bhi express train mein speed mein hardly koi increase nahi hai, ismein bhi included hai. Tax payers ke paise se electrification aur doubling par kharch karne mein kya maza hain, agar har saal train ki average speed ghatti ja rahi hai aur yatra karne wale ko takleef ho rahi hai.
