NR time table is always bakwaas. 12442 NDLS-BSP Rajdhani halt at Rajnandgaon is 8:40am. Next Durg schedule time is 9:25am. It invariably reaches Durg by 9:10am and the train is made to halt. Does it require 45 mins to cover 25 kms. Certainly the time table can be made more realistic and practical.

Is a Swatch abhiyan required for cleanliness in trains. Cannot Railways keep the rake clean throughout the year. I came by Amarkantak from Durg to Habibganj. There is the onboard housing staff on running train. The coaches are being cleaned at regular intervals. A very big thank you to SECR, Bilaspur. Cannot this model be replicated by other zones.

Rajat Agrawal~ 2139 blog postsOne can expect some changes in time table of this train or still it will run with same TT, atleast train should be made to reach Delhi upto 10:30.
Time table will not change as NR not interested in change. There is no Rajdhani train from Nagpur to New Delhi. So this TT will continue. NR also not interested in giving stoppage at Nizamuddin. Places such as Gwalior will continue to get experimental halts for 6 months. A bona fide halt that is required at NZM will not be given. Disgusted I have started using CG Sampark Kranti for travelling between Delhi and Durg (Bhilai). In Rajdhani, there was no tension about food although food is hopeless (my wife got a small cockroach in rice). But in sampark kranti you have to carry food from home. OK if railways is interested in surge pricing that is mischievously called flexi fare, I will not board Rajdhani even if it means more problems for me. If need be I will go by air to Raipur and take cab from Swami Vivekananda...
