This train should be transferred to HWH_ER. It spends more time at HWH than at DHN anyways.

Agree ! all other intercity trains from other divisions of bihar is lhbfied mostly all but this dhanbad division based trains Dhanbad Patna and its RSA and Black diamond is still pending.Needs lhbification asap coaches conditions are really bad BD is a very important train on Dhanbad Howrah section.
DHN_ECR & HW_ER should exchange the PM of Coalfield and Black Diamond
Patna,Muzaffarpur,Saharsa,Bhagalpur ke aage NR sochta hi nahi🫤 they could have run NDLS-NJP.
