Local trains[for Baidhyanath Dham/Dumka] start from PF 4 and 5 which are adjacent/next to PF 1. The station has a paid AC lounge on PF1. Retiring room is outside the main station. Technically, all three stations here = Jasidih, Baidhyathdham and Deoghar have retiring room facilities, but when I visited only JSME was operational and no one was staying at Baidhyanath Dham one. One would need to go to counter number 7 first to approve their booking and then to the 'Enquiry Office' to enter your details. It's a lot of paperwork and corruption is involved. The RR person/caretaker might even ask you for a bribe once you are leaving your room permanently.

If you're checking the trains for any destination and any of them comes from Patna/Danapur
(like Patna - Ahmedabad, Danapur - Udhna, Patna - Ernakulam, Danapur - Secunderabad, Patliputra - Chandigarh) and it has WL book from/to Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Junction (DDU) which is only 18 kilometres away due to being in ECR it mostly enjoys GNWL quota in that trains and has better confirmation rate.

yes its always a good idea to book your ticket in GNWL instead of RLWL or others.
i always prefer to book from MughalSarai in sharamjeevi instead of BSB..and never stuck in WL and not even RAC :)

Keep boarding point bsb cantt. No need to go DDU if you want to board within the town
Buses will be frequently available outside bhuvanagiri railway station to yadagirigutta. Ticket cost around rs. 30/- in express bus. Need to travel till yadadri temple bus stand. From there there will be lot of free buses which drops us right outside the temple.
