What will SR try to achieve by delinking the rakes of PC and MS-CAPE? Pathetic to see the way the zone is functioning. They didnt even care to build a pitline at CAPE and decongest NCJ.

Because they are nothing but lazy. SR especially MS/MAS div base has lost many prestigious train cause they do not want to handle it anymore mentioning they are saturated and will make a way for new trains. Some examples include MAS bangalore mail, mumbai mail, Howrah mail, mumbai express, TVC mail (now in cbe base), Cape express (used to MS base now and then made as SWR train and then TN base and now back to SWR). Boat mail, Ananthapuri gone out of MS base. God knows what I missed in this list. All these are good trains MAS/MS gave up to other base/zones.
It should be evident when Salem - Chennai Egmore is running with CR rake for nearly a decade.
not just this when SCR asked to take PM of Sabari exp and operate it dedicated so that there will be no need of changing TT rather speeding the train, but they stated that they want to permanently eliminate SM over this train at TVC. SCR has no other alternative rather running it dedicated now without any RSA Because of its worst timings in SCR region. making it dedicated now is going to effect KPD PGT stretch in the both way very badly as its going leave SC in the early morning and the KPD PGT stretch is going to be a midnight one. The worst hits are Tamilians traveling in this stretch.
As of now it is having 24 hrs TAT at SCR end. I doubt it will get morning departure from secunderabad/charlapalli side, owing to many number of departures right from kaghaznagar intercity the line up is big towards bibinagar and even in guntur line, right from employees intercity, tpty vande bharat, janmabhoomi is there and in the single line has to accomodate incoming trains towards secundrabad in guntur division. Do you think one more such slot will be inserted between these lineups which are already present in early morning hours?

Bharatnagar is a MMTS station and cannot accommodate 24 coach trains on PF. All passing trains in Secunderabad have quota of 200 berths combined and add another 50 in tatkal so atleast 250 board 250 deboard in SC station. Rajdhani express has a quota of 230 and around 300 travellers board and deboard, so no passing train should be diverted Only Konark express has less quota in SC.
I said quota for long distance train. Bharatnagar Or sanathnagar can be upgraded to accommodate 24 coacher. There is no other way to decogest SC with ur reducing load. MMTS with in city is more important.
Also to add cherlapally sanathnagar bypass has many level crossings
all of them are underpasses railways have eliminated level crossings in this route
trains with RLWL,PQWL will be by-passing SC along with LPI bassed trains and halt will be given HALT at CHZ instead and they might get halt at Sanathnagar for SF and M/E . SC has its own RAJDHANI train and Bangalore rajdhani is most likely to skip SC and halt will be given at CHZ, as you mentioned the 200 seats are given for the halts between SBC and SC not SC alone
