K hi solution hai.... Advance reservation....Train khulne sai 15 din pehale tak major (waiting above 200) routes par Ad. reservation (only for diwali chaath holi I'd and summer vacation) with proper Id and High cancellation charges. AC to the reservation spl train should introduce so that all can get atleast a birth. It is the most feasible things railway can do. Spl train with chair car should be introduced for max distance of 600 kms.

This will not solve the problem..ID carrd will not reduce the count of people bcoz the people who stay overnight in queue are the genuine passengers only , not any fraud or agent.
So even after giving 15 days advance reservation arp with ID card compulsory will NOT help the situation.
But yes special trains should be started, specially daytime sitting intercity...
