I mean Why Via Ahmedabad-Palanpur-Bhildi-Samakhiali...??? and Why An Afternoon Train When We Already Have 19131/19132 and 19115/19116 Departing from Mumbai in the Evening and Reaching GIMB/BHUJ Next Morning...???

##No one can ask . It is TT committee who fix the schedule considering many facts like, Maintaince time Gap for that particular section ( Each section must have a 4 hours Maintaince time) , Time slot on the days where the train does not run. In this example it share the time slot as follows

Now only Tue and Fri Left in this time slot and it has been given to 12959. which runs on Tue and Fri.
Thus filled the time slot for whole week .
#The Time Slot of 09001/09002 Should have Been Provided upto ADI...
##0900109002 already share time slot with Durnato for the rest of days. Also it does not cater for the passenger of BLDI, PNU, Bhuj
#Infact the Same Rakes of 09001/09002 Could have Been Used... with Couple of SL Coaches Additions...
