indore aur manmad pe chhaye huye, Centre’s Network Planning Group (NPG) ki 66th meeting ne jaldi se new 309 km Broad Gauge (BG) railway line project ke process ko fast kiya hai Mumbai se Indore tak seedha rasta khulne ke liye, improved connectivity aur socio-economic growth badane ke liye backwards areas of Maharashtra aur Madhya Pradesh mein.

Project details ko Feb 27 ko dekha gaya integrated planning ke perspective se PM GatiShakti ke principles ke adhar par, ek official statement ke hisab se jo Friday ko jaari hui thi.

Greenfield BG line project reda Maharashtra (Nashik and Dhule Districts) aur Madhya Pradesh (Badwani, Khargone, Dhar, Indore Districts) ko, jodte huye existing rail head stations of Manmad and Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow).

Meeting mein shamil the NPG members jo heading kar rahe the network planning wing of respective infrastructure Ministries to discuss the projects from the perspective of integrated planning ke principles of PM GatiShakti aur area development approach for overall regional socio-economic upliftment.

Attendees mein shaamil the officials from infrastructure Ministries, representatives from states where projects would be implemented, among othersko.

Project details dekhe gaye the based on the planning on PM GatiShakti NMP. Evaluation excercise ke key outcomes discussed kiye gaye the with the objective of improving connectivity with various economic/social nodes ensuring first/last mile connectivity, and multi-modal infrastructure ke perspective se whole of the government approach, the official statement added.

The Indore - Patna - Indore Express will stop at Ara from the 18th of Feb.
