Grievance Description : Sir/Madam, My complaint is regarding the cleanliness of the train No 16346 Netravati Express( Trivandrum to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus). The rake which is brought into TVC from 16345 returns back to LTT as 16346 is one of the worst maintained rakes in TVC Division. The coaches are not washed from outside nor the coaches are cleaned inside. The sides of the coaches from outside are so rusty and the bathrooms are not cleaned at TVC. Many reports regarding the same has even came in News papers and still the Division is yet to take a decision on the same. I hope soon some action will be taken regarding the same. Thanks
