There can be RTI to Railway board on how the delays have been added to the schedule of this legendary train brindavan exp between sbc - MAS, latest being delay of 1/2 hour post Vande bharat exp introduction.
Vande bharat anyhow is waste of resources - see how under utilized this remains - but will use taxpayers money to keep in operation.

This is about one month back when VB is newly introduced now check the occupancy and get back.
This is from 6th Jan 2023, seemingly the taxpayers money is being used to run such things in inefficiaent way, when there is overlap of timings.. - click here
Perfectly said, now a days travelling by train no 12639/12640 Brindavan express is horrible consistent late arrivals both
Timing should be made ahead and speed should be increased
