Only this can be expected from CR. While other zones are significantly good in alloting SL.

But 16339/40 is getting E loco till and from katpadi... Whereas 16351/52 and 16331/32 is running end to end E loco...
They have loco links from SR, CR is not providing the loco links for these trains.
