dhssravikiran 520 blog postsStoppage of 12739/40 Visakhapatnam -Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Garibrath Express at Tadepalligudem removed during Covid time due to Zero Based Time Table. This train can act as alternative for Gowthami, Godavari and can reduce the load on it.
There are other alternatives like 20811/12, 12861/62 but 20811/12 is not a daily train and 12861/62 stops at Kacheguda and Malkajgiri making it difficult to reach the station during peak evening time.

For Normal express SF trains when rakes with sufficient number of coaches are available they will convert into LHB rake. For GR to be LHB fied SCR need allocation of 44 3ACE coaches for Vskp and 16 3ACE for Benguluru including spares making 60 3ACE and 6SLR/EOG which has to be done by RB. Without RB allocation of coaches and directives or orders how can SCR implement it? It's simple will you do the project or work on your own without directions from your team leader or Manager same with SCR . We can't blame SCR for surveys,new projects, doubling, delay or pirority in project or funds flow which is done by RB.
With 3E now available in huge numbers we can expect more daily Garibrath in coming time

12703 rake set has around 40, 3E coaches. Now even if SCR manages to get 30 3A coaches from IR, then GR might get the 3E coach. Because 3E coach in 12703 should not be permanent. It is a SF train with long route.
