One of the ideal chains to reach ED, CBE during day time from MS/MAS-CGL-VM-VRI sector. Currently there is no day time connectivity between TBM-CGL-VM-VRI and CBE.

The first time I saw TPJ was way back in 1972 - we were visiting some relatives. What an incredible MG junction it was! Four MG lines to Dindigul, Vriddhachalam, Thanjavur, Karaikkudi and just one BG line to Karur. And a shed for locos as well - at Golden Rock. And it had those overhead pipes for filling water - can be seen in the picture as well.
Wow.. Mani Sir, it seems that this Yellow n Green MG Diesel is your favorite loco and hence your IRI Profile pic. Even I remember the Accordion style vestibules in the Vacuum Brake Coaches of the Bombay Rajdhani Exp during the Early 1990s. Even the Paschim Exp had such vestibules but today's leather type modern vestibules look quite boring ;-)
