I don't understand why respected zones and RB is continously decreasing SL and GEN Coaches, Nowadays when I see any train, it is full of pax in Sleeper Coaches. Before LHBfication it used to happen only during festive season.
Pathetic decision. For eg 15009/10 now runs with only 4SL and 2GEN Coaches but it has 14AC coaches which goes vacant every time.
