Similarly, the train departing from Sengottai on Friday, 26th and 28th at 4.15 PM, heading to Thambaram (train number 20684), will be diverted via Tenkasi, Rajapalayam, and Virudhunagar. Additionally, the weekly superfast special train departing from Chennai Central on Friday at 7 PM, heading to Nagercoil (train number 12689), will be diverted via Salem, Erode, Thrissur, Kollam, and Thiruvananthapuram. The train departing from Nagercoil on 25th at 7.35 PM, heading to Chennai Central (train number 12690), will be diverted via Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Thrissur, Erode, and Salem. Furthermore, the train departing from Guruvayur on 27th at 11.15 PM, heading to Chennai Egmore (train number 16128), will be diverted via Thrissur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, and Chennai Beach. Guruvayur express and other trains will be diverted via Villupuram, Cuddalore Port, Mayiladuthurai, Thanjavur, and Tiruchi Junctions, skipping stops at Vriddhachalam, Pennadam, Ariyalur, and Srirangam, with additional stops added at Cuddalore Port Junction, Mayiladuthurai Junction, Kumbakonam, and Thanjavur Junction.
