IR system is totally collapsed, not under control of RB and government.
It has and always been under control of RB and Govt. It is because of their ridiculous instructions to give priority to freight that this delay has occured. Instead, SECR shows profits earned and get passes for horrible delays like this. RM has not raised concern till date on what is such an alarming issue. Finally one news channel will take this issue up and then they will say delays used to happen during congress time, you didn't point out, and run away from responsibility like irresponsible children.
