No, in 2S he will get seat for sitting only.
Unreserved ticket holders generally allowed in train but i feel crowd is not so much in this train.

Reached Old Delhi at 15:00. 20 min before schedule. Platform No 6. Mods please take note.
The train time can be further reduced by 30-50mins. The time it took from Ghaziabad to Old Delhi was 38mins and still it was 20 mins prior.
