I have seen 12686 touch 117-118 with LHB between SRR-PGT runs using WAP4, between CLT-SRR has observed peaks around 110-113 using WAP4 as well as WDM3D.
Now started using GPS speed pro allows me to record entire stretch as a gpx file..for analysis later
