Indian Railways are actively considering the railway passenger fares as Safety Charges to meet-out additional passenger safety facilities .

After levying this additional Safety Charges in passenger fares ,then Railways should be strictly ensured 100% safety of the passenger and their luggage's during the train travel .
this safety surcharge is not meant for passenger safety...this is only for road-users safety...for passenger safety again separate surcharge will be implemented after few days...
All kind of surcharge are being levied on and increasing fares to the commuter's nightmare. Even after this, on safety will be provided to the commuter
