Election Commission should be earmarked LEFT HAND INDEX FINGER exclusively for the Indian Central ,State and Local body election.
Others co-operative body,PSU ,RAILWAYS etc should be utilized other than LEFT HAND INDEX FINGER and inform to EC the fingers they utilized then and there. .
