The report is incorrect to the extent that DL work between SBC-MYS is completed for 110 kms and balance work may be completed by March 2015.The new single line between Bangalore-Hassan via Kunigal and Shravanabelgola which 166 kms in route length is completed for 66 kms and balance work over by March 2016.There is no double line work going on between BANGALORE AND HASSAN.If the new line via Kunigal becomes operational there will be no engine reversal as being done for 16517/18 and 16523/23 at MYS and HAS and for 16515/16 at ASK.
