The existing trains should be augmented. The major trains, Mangala, Netravati and Matsyagandha should be augmented to 24 coaches at least till May-2015. Similarly, the 12134/33 should be augmented at at least 21-22 coaches and the Jan Shatabdi to 15 coaches. One thing is for sure, the KR does not know how to run holiday specials. Here, the talk is about the Konkan Kanya getting delayed by 1 hour. The 00111 LTT-MAO gets delayed by 5-6 hours and the KR website shows it as running as per schedule. Therefore, the KR should concentrate more on increasing the capacity of the regular trains rather than fooling people in the name of holiday specials with unachievable train timings
