this can only happen if a section of existing second class coach is reserved for the elderly which will lead to further reduction in the space available for the daily commuters during morning as well as evening peak hours, and a lot of cost will also be involved since all the existing rakes need to be modified for creating a partition meant for elderly

Arrangements should be made in handicap coaches only since those are anyways not much occupied, Squeezing out space from general coaches is simply not possible and should not be done...
