SR should be open ticket counter in both Eastern Side and western side of the platforms in the major sub-urban station in Chennai Egmore to Chengalpattu .First SR shall open a ticket counter or a ticket kiosk in the main entrance side of the Major terminal station of CHENNAI EGMORE. Passengers are shunted to the extreme western side in the FOB and go down to the ticket counter and return in the same path with crowds and enter in to the suburban platforms .In the Major MAMBALAM station also experience same problem . A ticket kiosk may be open in the Renganathan Street.90 % of the passengers are entering from this Renganathan Street and so a ticket kiosk may be opened with the major stores for the convenient of the passenger.

ATVM were placed long back in Chennai suburbs , what did ppl do ? They spoiled it and some miscreants broke. So SR should not install ATVM in Chennai.
