Some of the Sleeper Coaches during day time (6.00 am to 6 .00 pm ) running shall be classified as Sleeper cum Sitting Class Coach.
In these coaches all the upper births are allotted to the long distance Sleeper passenger .Moreover Sitting Class Seat Number shall be marked in the row 1 to 3 & 3a in the ,opposite row 4,5,6 ,6a ,7&8 Side window lower seat , instead of 1 to 3 etc.
This sleeper coach has 72 Berth in night time .During day time ...

travel it has 90 seat + 24 All Upper Berths=Total Passenger 114 (against only 72 Berths). Thus passenger capacity of the S&S Coach is increased by 58.3%.
Sleeper Class /Sitting class passengers shall be accommodated By Reservation / Current Reservation / Spot Accommodation with sitting reservation fees. Unnecessary crowds are avoided in these Sleeper cum Sitting Coaches with higher carrying capacity.
