As per DMRC Offical the All fund was given by Haryana Govt for this Line and also program is organised by haryana Govt then what is the role of AK and Delhi Govt in this program
then even the loco pilots of the metro in Delhi would have already inaugurated much before Sheila or AB Vajapayee ji :-))
Guess he is confusing between Inspection trail run to Inauguration :)
Rolling stock and technology is of DMRC which Delhi Govt is a part...So DMRC missed on this.
