The electrification of railway track between Wadi in Karnataka and Guntakal in Andhra Pradesh is expected to be completed by March next year.

Difficult for that happen i guess since no required resources @ WADI as of now...
Strange mentioning more trains can be run bcoz of electrification!!!
Correct, Many freight from Wadi-SC run on Wag7,observed many Times, Also sometimes goods train is accompanied by Electric locs till Wadi from SUZR side with the help of EMD. I dont know about ETS but I think Loco change is tough at Wadi. Also by March-2016 Electrification between Wadi-GR will also be done, So entire Chennai-GR will be doubled and electrified.
there apparently doesn't seem to be an issue with having loco change with freight locos at non-ETS places, a difference i put down to lengthy maintenance schedules that they have. A passenger loco has almost daily maintenance schedules, and these require both ETS and trained staff.
