May be they are planning to run YPR-SMET(RSA of 16577/78) bi-weekly to daily.

1) He wants train to undergo LR @SBC and pass through YPR twice?
2) He wants new track for this train to connect pf 8/9/10 to BNC section??

Its gud to cancel this train, I spotted many times @ BAW with most of the shutters/windows closed
If it had vice-versa timings it would've been slight better patronage, YPR-6:30 HRR- 13:00, HRR- 14:00 YPR- 20:30.
