no sir, this is not justees.why? because, meny persons have not smort phones, how can they book UTS ticket! who are having smort phones they are book UTS tickets from theair smort phones. but remain [ non smort phone holders how can them book UTS tickets?
By going to the UTS counter. They are not saying that only smart phone users can book UTS tickets. They have just provided an additional facility for people who have smart phones to book UTS tickets, while others can just walk up to the counter to book a ticket. This will make the railways' job also easier. No injustice in that !
The Bookings from counters still shall be there as earlier, just now in addition to that people can book the tickets on the move using the APP and avoid queue...
