Thoothukkudi 1 st & 2 nd Gate Sub -Way or ROB have to be constructed.Thoothukkudi Keelur Terminal station and Melur station shall be developed as single terminal station with 4 entries to the new station .2 nos of Northern side entry of Keelur and Melur + 2 nos of southern side entry at KEELUR and Melur.2 very long platform of length greater than 1000 meter and 3 platform of length 600 meter have to be provided in the New combined Terminal station.If shifted Keelur area peoples are mostly affected.It is also not possible ( impossible ) for railways with huge railway colony infrastructures are established and staffs wont permitted to shift two stations.
