Process of refund on ticket must be made faster with certain hours amount must be refunded in account
Rules of IRCTC are really cracky. They don't refund the money even after years in some cases. 7 years completed and still haven't got refund for my missed journey for which I have filed TDR in June 2009. Got a message that refunded successfully which was not happened till now.
