Hardly 1% of the actual sufferers go for registering a complaint, the actual no. of paxs dissatisfied with food is many times higher.
While restaurant, food chains make huge business, railways continue to have catering issues. Probably there is no perceived service in feeding traveller
* Supplying fresh food in trains is difficult as kitchen is located away from passengers,
trains running late cause food to be served later many a times
* hygienic conditions on many stations is not good and is much poor than the restaurants.
