* Manpower with IR is not only inefficient (i.e. over paid and under worked) in general, but the possibility of theft of vital track components which is no less than a sabotage, is a big problem.
* Need of the hour is to use automatic track machines so that any chances of manual removal of such components is minimised. Let machines do the job and humans operate and maintain them.
* Theft of some pendrol clips may may fetch just a few hundred Rs to the thief, but IR may lose Rs....
