* CR+WR carry 75 lac passengers daily commuters in a day or 22 Crore paxs every month. Just 2.56 lac paxs caught travelling without ticket in a month i.e just 0.1% of the number of bonafide paying paxs. is a very low figure by Indian Standards!! It is nat very bad news
* The bad news is that the number of persons impersonating ticket examiners is on rise. It indicates that the practice of greasing the palms of ticket examiners by the caught ticketless paxs is a common practice.
