I feel that goyal era is worst than any other rly. Min. Many trains are getting late in normal weather. What would b scenario during winter, god knows. Cleanliness in trains is at there worsest condition. Tavelled in 12792 and sc-gkp, no cleaner attended. What's happening.
I feel that railways need to start looking at a way wherein new linen is loaded on departure and on return journey another set is loaded. In all the trains the linen is loaded as per its primary maintenance station and extra load is carried. Sometimes this becomes insufficient especially in long journeys. I have seen the shortage occur in trains like LTT-CBE, DHN-Allp, where due to so many stops lot of times there is severe shortage.
