Graffiti made by street smarts were seen in Indian Trains since decades, esp undesirable ones & mostly in toilets. Only recently did Artists allowed to paint beautiful grafitti, especially to highlight local culture/art, but such beautiful grafitties on loco/trains by artists is yet not popular in IR.
