It is true.. On one hand the railway talk to increasing the speed of the trains and other hand the speed is being reduced.
Dreaming about bullet trains and here increasing the running time, As always IR will be in bullock cart era.
Not surprising at all... Most high density routes are running beyond capacity!!!
A lot of rewamp in the IR and massive infrastructure needs to be in place...
As far as bullet train is concerned, it will run on dedicated tracks... So it wouldn't face these problems!!!
