In order to curb the footboard travel in trains, the Southern Railway has decided to cancel the railway passes and season tickets of passengers who travel...
* How can Railways penalise the foot board travellers, when it is unable to provide the bonafide (pass holder) passengers their due accommodation inside the coaches??
* No body want to risk its life by travelling on footboard or at the gate of fast accelerating/decelerating suburban trains. Mainly due to inability of Railways to operate sufficient trains, passengers are falling out of moving train and getting injured.
* IR should start putting its scarce resources to best possible use to improve & augment its services.
