these days bhim, paytm are household names. why let people and govt invest in card which is prone to get unreadable? didn't we all read here that faulty dmrc smart cards will be replaced free? and instead of card readers, provide mobile app to everyone -- ola/uber already have them. let everybody else have a unified app which won't get lost/damaged. can irctc wallet be used here? anyways, paytm is fast getting its users KYCed.
