India will never be "Sick of asking for Donations'.
Instead of observing 'thrift' or parsimony, they are asking corporate to donate. OK but CSR is meant for needy places where infrastructure is not enough or government is unable to serve or some excessive pressure on the needs of the locality. And further CSR amount / ratio / percentage are fixed. So who gets what will be the question of 'competition between priorities' and then Politics wins
