Indian Railways: The train will have automatic sliding doors for entry into one coach from other. The gangway of Train 18 will be fully sealed just like Metro trains

Like Indian Railways other premium trains, the Train 18 will be fully AC chair car with separate footrest for each seat. Even the driver's cabin is fully AC.

Currently IR has ICF & LHB coach technologies, the T-18 is indigenously made and should be based on LHB technology based on Stainless Steel.
T-20 shall be more advances light weight coaches based on Aluminium for which global tender is likely to be floated with transfer of technology
