Pehli baat to agar lko-scc-spn-be route pe Jo ye keh re h ki SCC par loco reversal krna pdega Aisa kuch ni h..LJN-SCC-SPN-BE straight route h which needs no loco reversal
Second thing railway's need to join the LKO outer with LJN outer in order to make BSB-LKO-SCC-BE a straight route in order to avoid loco reversal at LJN

I agree.. but if they have to reduce the load of lko-hri track some decision has to be taken regarding lko-ash connectivity..I think it would take 1-2 days block and the connecting point is just few metres ahead of metro bridge..this is possible only if NR-NE mutually agrees
