It's very good move....But ye News 2 saal se sun rahe hain ab tak to project Ka 60%kaam ho jana chahiye tha...Sirf batein ho rahi hai.

Jab garmi ke time train 2 se 3.30 ghante late ho rahi hai to kaise mane ki delhi hawra duri 5.30 hrs km hogi ye india hai japan ki railway nhi jaha har ek ek minute ki kimat hoti waha agar train two minute bhi late hui to pura railway staff ki khichai hoti hai our unko punish kiya jaata hai
Bhai neglected kuchh nahi h lekin ye starting h semi highspeed ki . Starting me sirf 2 hi route liye gaye h bcz ye easily highspeed ho jayenge.
130 is considered as semi-high speed.
