What's logic behind this? MMRDA/MRVC is already constructing walls around tracks to safeguard TRESPASSERS getting run over in Mumbai. This is to prevent innocent/ignorant people from getting run over by train. Now this is being extended to major trunk routes! Where does this reporter get to know such walls are to prevent 202 stations from terrorists? Anyways, 3000 km walls will be able to prevent such deaths of people and to some extent animals on Mumbai-Delhi and Howrah-Delhi routes.
