Abhi koi bhi routes finalized nehin hai and Auctions not done ..... all routes in clusters will be given to private companies both Indian and outside India and their names will be declared also...all in discussions stage...... This years RAILWAY BUDGET you can see more Announcements on this.......then these private companies will provide rakes ( they can buy rakes from any manufacturer they want, and other staffs also, fares and stoppageswill be declared by them also.......it it a long process not a 1 day process.
Indore-Varanasi private train is completely a different process . Varanasi private train is like Lucknow Tejas and Mumbai Tejas under IRCTC....But these 150 private trains cluster will be a different project. As per present status...

what i know there will be no IRCTC involved in this cluster route Scheme. It will be a different project similar to Airlines where pvt companies will have trains with their names....like say for example: INDIGO TRAINS, EMERSON TRAINS, etc, etc..

Bhai you r talking like a child.....today nobody has time to find out these small small things...everybody wants data. Tell me how can a private company in US know that Gomti exp is Cancelled for 48 days? Who has so much of khali time for these small small things. Nobody....everyday many trains gets canceled in IR for maintenance work.... who collects these info ...nobody...similarly this is another cancellation just like others..... but i am telling about the bahana of cancellation of Gomti...everybody pvt companies before investing in this Scheme will see what is the present income or profit data from this scheme in last 5 to 6 months on these already running pvt trains..... that's it.... these 2 to 3 private trains like Lucknow Tejas, Mumbai Tejas r runned by IR as Experiments of this scheme and to show as an Example to other private companies about how this Scheme...

In the clusters you will see there r both Good and Bad routes...in some routes out of 100 routes r good and some r not that good....thiese routes are made in Cluster only to allow private companies to accept both...all clusters will have mixtures of bad and good routes....the idea is to give overall profit on a cluster to a private company. had made the Clusters quiet Intelligently with an idea to give overall profit in a cluster to private companies.
